When I fall behind in grading, sometimes I bribe myself... other times I try to trick myself. Like for instance, I could semi-intentionally neglect to charge my laptop all afternoon, so that I will have no choice but to close the lid on the train and work on something else.

Of course... nothing's stopping me from sleeping.
