it was too wet to play...

The wife has to do taxes AND work on a deadline today, so I played hookie from my office hours to stay home and watch the Boy. Then it turns out my daughter's school is closed today due to flooding across the region. So, now I'm on duty with BOTH kids all day. Crap.

The flooding is a mess. My route from the train station last night involved so many road closures and detours that I had to call my wife on the phone for help navigating home.

Also, the rain has totally ruined the town-wide-swap-meet (aka, bulk trash day). All that perfectly good garbage, wasted!
