Hey, Dave! You know what would be a great idea to spend your time on this morning? Instead of actually planning your lectures, spend about an hour fucking around with that new "outlining" program that came with your Mac. That would be great to use for lecture planning. And given that it's three weeks before the end of the semester... what better time to go and change your workflow by adding a brand new tool to the process?!
