getting where we are going...

There seems to be a tiny light at the end of a number of tunnels right now, in that my three classes are ALL about to emerge from the sluggish introductory material that I've been struggling with for two weeks into the light of "the good stuff". Well... ok, the "good stuff" never comes until after midterm, but at least we're about to get to "the stuff that will make the students all stop looking at me like I'm torturing them".

Meanwhile, on the homefront, the basement contractor guy starts on Friday, so I have 2 more nights of carrying-shit-up-the-stairs-until-I-pass-out facing me tonight and tomorrow. Think of it as exercise! It's the Carry Shit Up The Stairs Master. As seen on TV!

Hey... speaking of TV... Survivor starts tomorrow! Reason to live after all!
